The $5 Nuno VIP reservation reserves eligibility for the VIP launch offer described when you sign up. It is not the purchase of a Nuno product.
You can request a refund at any time before the Nuno Kickstarter campaign launches.
Once the campaign has launched and your VIP benefit has been made available or used, the reservation is no longer refundable, except where the law requires.
If the Kickstarter campaign is cancelled and the VIP benefit is not offered, we will refund your $5 reservation.

Payments made through Kickstarter are covered by Kickstarter’s own terms and refund rules.
Future purchases
If Nuno becomes available for direct purchase, the return and refund terms will be shown before you buy.
